Libyans, Prepare to Hail & Welcome the New NATO/UAE/AFRICOM occupation - CFR Richard Haass is pimping the International Force in Financial Times

Libya looks like it's finally kicking into the next step. I posted this up onto Agonist. Sorry for lack of links but you can google this stuff... As we close in on 50,000,000 good Americans on food stamps, yet another occupation & Hard Power hegemony scheme kicks off. Get ready for Monday's marketing Campaign.

It is paywall'd on FinancialTimes but Richard Haass officially has the goddamn headline "Boots on the Ground" going right now. *(!@#$&@#%$@#
Reason 1022174741 to loathe the Council on Foreign Relations and its soft fuzzy interventionism "for the Children" or whatever, as always.
The Times UK is chattering about some 70 page post-downfall manual they've got, with the accession of the Rebel Council. The claim is 80% of the security structure only aboard The Green Government because of fear (to be retained presumably) .
The 70 page plan sez the United Arab Emirates gets a piece of the Arab force to be brought in as the "legit Arabs" security force. And they want to pitch a Tripoli-originated "non occupation" force for the Capital.
From a marketing point of view you roll out new products on Monday! The New NATO psyop for its home audience / Civil Affairs & etc package. I'd bet AFRICOM will be setting up the kernels of its new shop at the Tripoli airport in 72 hours, and henceforth into North Africa colonial operations.
Lol wikileaks looked a little opportunistic/tacky suggesting Ghaddafi post all his intel files, but they were right that it will be a hell of a scene for Libyans get the NATO forces off their necks now... In any case better watch the Sinai and see what cooks over there. This looks like another hairy geopolitical week eh?
